Cancellation Policy :

Members can delete their profile whenever they wish to do by login their profile by simple steps. By click on settings. Profile will be deleted with immediate effect. They can also send us the request from their registered email at customercare@uttarakhandshadi.com. Email requested profile will be deleted within 24hrs.

Refund Policy :

1. As registration is free you are advised to visit our website and check the functionality.

2. Payment is on the basis of plan opted by member and once membership payment is made will not be refunded under any circumstances

3. If you have paid extra/additional amount will be refunded to you after deducting bank or agency charges. The refund will be made within 7 working days.
